Before Your Wedding | On Your Wedding Day | After Your Wedding

1. Before Your Wedding:

   1. The videographer who will be handling all aspects of your wedding will meet with you when it is convenient in order to go over all of the details for the ceremony, reception, and other events. At this time we will preliminarily determine the style, shots, and the administrative details of your video. Unlike some other studios, you have the opportunity to get to know the actual videographer who will be shooting and editing your video...not just a representative from the studio who will likely not even see the finished product. This time also enables our professionals to better understand what you are looking for in your personalized video.    2. We will set up time(s) during which our videographer will meet you and your fiancé to videotape brief pre-wedding interviews and/or love story shots of the two of you walking on the beach, for example, as your video preference dictates. Whatever your taste, we produce your personal story using only professional lighting, sound, and video.

   3. We will attend your wedding rehearsal so as to select the best vantage points for the wedding day and to troubleshoot any technical problems we may encounter at the ceremony site. We will also meet with the officiator to go over any rules regarding videotaping during the ceremony.

2. On Your Wedding Day:

   1. Your primary videographer will arrive at the bride's location in tuxedo to tape her preparing to leave for the big event. Another videographer will be setting up at the ceremony site and taking some preliminary video of the location.

   2. We will provide 2-camera coverage, both digital in format, of your ceremony to capture the visuals in startling clarity. Our cameras are state-of-the-art 3-CCD Canon XL1s, which allow for pristine video without the use of annoyingly bright lights in most situations. Audio will be captured using a network of professional wired and wireless microphones. Audio will be captured in several locations, ensuring that not a whisper will go unrecorded.

   3. While covering your reception, our videographer will remain as inconspicuous as possible while still encapsulating all of the excitement and emotion of the event. Without time limits that other videographers place on your special day, Just Envision Productions will be there to capture every significant expression, action, and sound from the first minute to the last of your wedding.

3. After Your Wedding:

   1. In the weeks that follow your wedding, we'll take the raw footage from the ceremony and the reception and edit it down into an emotional, entertaining, and memorable video wedding story, tailored to your tastes, complete with music, titles, and tasteful special effects, only when appropriate.
